bgp local-as with no-prepend

Hi,

I am configuring to router connected with serial back to back and configuring one router with local-as no-prepend option but still i am seeing original AS number and loca-as configured AS number in the remote router bgp table. why?

Devang,

This is normal behavior. Try adding the replace-as keyword at the end of the local-as command.
