Hi,
i have a redundant CSM configuration in 2 6509 chassis. After synchronizing the configuration the standby machine gives this output: %CSM_SLB-6-INFO: Module 9 info: SLB-NETMGT: vserver (null) out of service
What is the meaning of "vserver (null)" ?

Hi Stephan,
It is seeming that on your standby machine the vserver is out of service.
Just run the following command
csm#show module csm 9 vservers name server detail
or you can run the general command
csm#show module csm 9 vserver
It will show which vserver is operational or not operational.
give the name of the vserver which is out of service.
and send me the details.
you can go inside the vserver on your standby machine and make it inservice then it will be in sync.
Kind regards

Hi Sachin,
there is no vserver (null) configured on my machines. All configured vservers are operational after the sync, on both machines. I have two redirections configured, and the two special "vservers" have an ip address 0.0.0.0, that are the vserver (null) i guess.
show module csm 9 vservers redirect detail
