TCP Packet sequencing issues with WPA2 across LWAPP WLAN

Unanswered Question

I have a customer with a unified wireless network which comprises of the following;

Aironet 4404 WLC - s/w 4.0.179

AP1231 which are converted to LWAPP (with AIR-MP21G Radio Module)

Client cards - CB21AG version 4.0

Encryption - AES (WPA2)

Authentication - EAP-FAST

I have recently discovered an issue whereby when I run FTP and pull a file to the client PC over the wireless I see quite a lot of TCP Sequencing issues. When I run the same transfer over the wireless network with no encryption I do not see the issue and the transfer is clean with no sequencing problems.

I've read a few articles which point to an issue with the radio module in the AP running AES but so far nothing conclusive. Has anyone seen something similar? Any help would be appreciated....
