I am calling from a 4 digit extension in Australia to a 4 digit extension in Foster City, CA. The calls are coming through the Intercluster Trunk from the Ericsson to the Cisco.
The calls get dropped when it is forwarded to the Unity or to the operator position. Why is this happening?

Hi Dave,
This sounds like it may be a Codec issue with calls coming in via ICT using g.729 and Unity setup for g.711 only;
Changing the Cisco Unity Codecs

Hope this helps!

Rob, since this issue was handed to me by one of my co workers located in Sydney, AU I assumed that this was a Unity but it is a Unity Connection and the only place I found a codec setting was in the Advanced System Setting - Conversation - Prompt set codec = G711.
Any info is appreciated.
Thank you,
Dave.
