Looks like something wrong with CCM.
What am I doing wrong?

The information has not changed between Unity version 5.0 and 7.0(2)

I tested this in the lab and the only thing that I can think of that is different is CCM is using MLA in production where it is not working.
Note: If you are integrated with Cisco CallManager 4.x and if Multi-Level Admin is configured on Cisco CallManager, the Multi-Level Admin username and password might need to be used for the credentials.
I am using my username and password, how do I know what the Multi-Level Admin username and password is? I thought I was but maybe this is the issue. Some buttons in CCMAdmin are greyed out that is why I think this might be the issue.
