Cisco VT Advantage video issues

I have a Cisco VT Camera II. I installed the driver that came with Cisco Unified VT Advantage 2.1. My camera is displaying 3/4 of the screen with a green tint to it. The other quarter of the screen looks normal. I have tried swapping it out for another camera and re-installed the software with the same result. Has anyone seen this behavior before?

Might be many reasons for this issue.

•Quality of service issues. Verify that quality of service is properly configured throughout the network.

•High CPU utilization on the PC. Tell the user to close some applications during a video call.

•Network congestion
