voice recording software

Unanswered Question

Is there a software that anyone knows about that can record all the calls of all agents when they are on a call whether inbound/outbound. We have looked at some apps already but they were too much. One of them was NICE and the other was CISTERA. Anyone know of others that will accomplish the same thing? Thanks.

We are currently using Calabrio Quality Monitoring and it seems pretty neat! There is also Telrex and Callrex..

I've worked with Verint and Envision lately and seem to work fine.

You have your typical big names Nice, Verint, Witness etc. Keep in mind newer version of UCX comes with some emergency call recording.

Telrex, and some windows based can do the job as well.

Have anyone used Cisco Quality Management? The datasheet tells me that I can use this software to record calls, but I don't know how to use this.
