Hi I have alto of Ip Phone set In my company I have 70 Ip Phone7970 and 290 IP Phone 7912 some Time Some Phones 7970 Hanging NO Button working When You Want to make Call And chose line by press in line button I see no button take action But I found something when come call I can answer !!!! My issue in IP Phone 7970
Hello Thanks For your response first I don't need to upgrading the firmware because this problem not in all 7970 set (some 7970 set in my company having this problem) second I mean when try to make call by chose button line no action take when make reset for this set all button working good
