Is this for all accounts?

This sounds like a browser issue rather than anything else. Have you tried upgrading to IE7 (sorry, don't know what version you are on already).

Yes I did fix this. It was the end user not having the Standard CCM End User role enabled under their user account in UCM

I'm experiencing same issues after 4.1(3) to 6.1(2) upgrade. Used DMA.

Were you able to resolve this?
