reverse telnet break

Hi

We have a 2821 with 16 asynchronous lines to connect to switch and routers console ports.

We connect first to the 2821 router and then to final switch or router.

Problem :

When we are connected to the final router, we can't go back to the 2821.

We have tried many combinaisons ctrl+shif+6 x and many others.

The only that work is to send a "telnet break" when we are connected to a switch.

(KO with routers grrrrrr)

2821 config

line 0/1/0 0/1/15

exec-timeout 0 0

modem InOut hangup

no exec

transport input all

transport output all

telnet break-on-ip

telnet sync-on-break

telnet ip-on-break

switch config (2924 works with telnet break)

line con 0

exec-timeout 0 0

transport input none

stopbits 1

router config (3640 telnet break doesn't work)

line con 0

exec-timeout 0 0

transport preferred none

stopbits 1

We tried with Putty teraterm crt..

If you have any idea.

Thanks
