CCME - Fastdial name not seen when calling??

Hi all

I have a query from a customer who has fastdials configured. When she selects a name from her list and calls, the number is shown on her phone, rather than the name. She also expects to see the persons name on her phone if the person calling her is configured as a fastdial.

Is this possible?

You will not able to see the display name of your fast dial on incoming calls.

The display name is only to reflect "who" this number belongs to on the fast dial entry, when you search the directories.
