The Cisco OS 2003 part number is 2003.1.2 or 2003.1.1; however, what version of CRS are you looking for? Please remember that software should be requested through PUT; go ahead and enter your Software contract under PUT, it should be listed there:

PUT tool (http://tools.cisco.com/gct/Upgrade/jsp/index.jsp)
