Hi, I try to log in the CDR Analysis and Reporting and show this message:
This Application User is not a CAR Administrator. Please login using a valid CAR Administrator UserId or regular End UserId.
The version of the Cisco Call Manager is 6.0.
I need a special account to CDR ??

you need to add the user to the right group to be a CAR admin, no one is set in the group by default
