CVP Application not being found

I have uploaded some new application to a new CPV VXML Server. The HelloWorld App works fine, but anything I build and upload is not fine. Is there a version error between my VXML Server and Call Studio poosibly? Anything to check?

1. Check the Activity Log and Error Log at C:\Cisco\CVP\VXMLServer\applications\YOURAPP. Is the VXML gateway even getting to your application?

2. Did you restart VXML server or run deployApp.bat for your app?


Janet is leading you in the right direction Chad, as would be expected.

The normal procedure with CVP 4.x is:

1. save the application in Studio

2. deploy the app to a local ZIP file on Studio

3. from Ops Console, deploy the ZIP file to the VXML server(s)

4. on each server, run C:\Cisco\CVP\VXMLServer\YOURAPP\admin\deployApp.bat noconfirm

Once you have deployed and are just changing the app, run the same steps but in 4 use updateApp.bat noconfirm.
