Prompt field when defining a CSQ in UCCX 5.0

When defining a CSQ in UCCX 5.0 there is a field for "Prompt". The admin guide helpfully describes this as ".wav prompt file to associate with the CSQ".

I cannot find any details of how this prompt is used. Is anyone able to explain what the purpose of this prompt is and how to configure scripts to use it.

If you have UCCX 5 Premium this identifies the CSQ to supervisors when doing remote monitoring.

Thanks for the response.

It is not what I was hoping for (whisper to agent) but I can the purpose of it now.

Do you have a link to any documentation that explains it in more depth?
