Custom SIP headers

Good afternoon everyone.

I have a customer that runs a recording application that look at the SIP header to record calls. Here's the call flow:

CallManager 4.1(3) SIP Trunk => Recorder.

The recorder is expecting something like:

INVITE sip:123@12.12.12.12 SIP/2.0

Via:[...]

ANI: 12345

DNIS: 1934567890

Direction: Outbound

Content-Length: 45

I've never really worked with SIP, I was wonder how it can be done.

Could someone point me to a document on how to do this.

We cannot customize SIP headers in CCM 4.1(3) but newer version of IOS can.

You may need to take a look at CCM traces to see what exactly we are sending and what they expect. You can contact our cisco Partners or TAC to help you.
