Unity connection external services

Hi,

I need to create an external service account for all my users (about 250) that connect them to calendar (exchange) and Meeting Place express.

Now I created the external service but I can't insert It in a user template.

Is there a function or bulk utility to do this or I have to insert manually the external service for all my users?

Looks like you have to do it manually since the BAT tool does not support those fields.

Hi Frank,

Did some research and looks like the enhancement is in CSCta70257 Unity Connection 7x import fails to import external services information.

Make sure you get the latest patch 7.1(2) ES13.
