UCX 4.0.5 (Premium) scrip Question

I would like to know if it's possible and how i can do that:

-After an agent receive the call at the end he will ask caller if he don't mind to answer to a litle survey of user satisfaction of two questions and then agent disconect or transfer a call and caller ear these two question an answer press 1 if he are satisfied with service for exemple. And i would like the answers appear in a report for that call.

How can i do this? Any suggestions / examples?

Should agent transfer call or if he disconnect calls go trough scrip?

Hello MC,

In UCX call script ends at the delivary of call to agent.

Agent can transfer the call to an internal number or external number and be disconnected. There can be other survey related apps that may be able to fulfill what you need.

Doing what you like only using ucx be a challange.
