Getting the administrator to add a subscriber Unity 5.0

I was trying to add other users to manage the system and have seemed to lock out the feature to add new subscribers. How acn I reset things back to default?

Now I am getting this error

Unrecognized error

hr=0x8007042D (The service did not start due to a logon failure.\x0D\x0A)

i would rerun PW and verify services are running on right accounts.

Hey,

i'm getting an error as well whenever i try to add or delete subscribers on Unity 5.0.1

My error says : 'An unrecognized error 0x80070008 has occurred: Not enough storage is available to process this command. \x0D\x0A

The new subscribber was not successfully added.'

has anyone seen this? or know how to resolve it??
