6509 CaTOS LACP switch over time

All,

We configured a two ports LACP channel between 3750 (IOS) and 6509 CaTOS), traffic is passing on both direction and well balanced.

Then I pull out the receiving fiber on 6509 (I assume 6509 should get LOS), it takes about 500ms for the 6509 to switch traffic to the other port, but it only takes 100ms for the 3750 to switch traffic over to the other port. 500ms is way too long for me, can anyone tell me why?
