HI i need help with cisco contact center

i have 10 operators

i need some phone number like hot line

for inside users i mean users call to the one number call became to the call center operators . little PBX all have this functions but i can't find in the cisco

What infrastructure do you have?

Do you have callmanager?

Do you have IPCCX?

NB: If all you have is callmanager..

You can use a hunt-group to achieve this.

What version of callmanager do y ou have...I can guide you through how to ocnfigure this
