Cisco Unified CM User Options Page Logon issue

We are rolling out a new UCM 6.1 cluster and I am having an issue with the CCMUSer page, I put in the link below:

https://<server IP Addr.>/ccmuser/, I get the logon page, put in the user name and password and I get returned to the logon page. What am I missing

You need to assign a group (and associated role) to each user that allows them access to the CCMUser webpages.

The group you need to add to each user's account is Standard CCMUser End User.
