Hi all, I cannot get to the CDR analysis and reporting tool, from documentation I assume that I must use CCMCDR account for this application. I got this 4.2 CCM server from external company and it strongly possible that they changed just administrator password but left some default password for other accounts (CCMCDR,Backadmin,...) Do somebody know what is the default password to get to these accounts? Thanks
