I have a CCM server where the password must be wrong for the SQLSvc for 1 service, the Cisco Database Layer Monitor. There's 3 other services using this account and they are started fine. Is there any way to "fix" the password for the 1 service that is not started? I would prefer to not use the Cisco tool to reset the passwords on the whole cluster. And yes...I have no idea what hte password is because the system was installed by someone else. Thanks!

Hi,
You can use cisco admin tool located in the c:.../bin .You can synchronize all the passwords for sqlsvc user.

you need to run the adminutility and resync in all server, if you do not know the pwd how would you fix it only on 1 server???
the tool also changes some things in the registry so i would say not to try any other thing and just run the adminutility tool
if that pwd is not the same in all servers SQL sync will break
HTH
