I have applied the 6.1.2 upgrade to all servers in the cluster but have not yet switched versions. I wanted to find out if I can make the switch on the fly without interupting service to the customer.

if you do not want to interrupt service do it after hours on a maintenance time

most probably also new firmware will be in the version so if any phone resets they will get the new firmware

Thank you. I was told by Presidio that it was a hot swap type of operation with the new 6.x version. I guess that info was incorrect. This post can be resolved
