My client would like their customers to be able to dial the 4 digit extension..this i can do with a redirect step. My problem is the following...
If the extension is busy, they want the caller to have the menu option to leave a message (email steps) or to be queued to a agent. I have tried to call a busy extension (one which is already on a call) but the menu script doesn't execute..it just rings.
