Hi,
I have following question with NAC 4.1.3 - in checking process the agent reveal that user doesn't have installed reguired Antivirus,so agent offer the link where user can download it...but how user can install it without admin privileges? thanks

Instead of downloading and installing an Agent application, once the user opens a browser window, logs in to the Cisco NAC Appliance web login page, and chooses to launch the Cisco NAC Web Agent, an ActiveX control or Java applet (you specify the preferred method using the Web Client (Active X/Applet) option in the Administration > User Pages > Login Page configuration page) initiates a self-extracting stub installer on the client machine to install Agent files in a client's temporary directory, perform posture assessment/scan the system to ensure security compliance, and report compliance status back to the Cisco NAC Appliance system.

Thanks for your reply,but I think here is a misunderstanding.Clean Access Agent is already installed through Stub service on user PC. Problem we have is find the way how to install for example antivirus (which will be downloaded to user PC through remediation link) without admin privileges...
