VPN 3005 saved configuration issue after shutdown

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue on a VPN 3005 concentrator. Software version is 4.7.2.O.

Everything seems to be working fine except when I try to change the administrator password or change Date/time. If I reboot the VPN, information are still recorded, but if I shutdown the VPN, administrator password is set back to default config as well as date/time (01/01/1999).

I can only shutdown VPN with the button. Sofware process keeps hanging ... but works fine for reboot.

All other config parameters are recorded with no problem after shutdown.

I'd be grateful if someone could help me in this matter.

Hi again,

One more thing is that I cannot type anything when I'm logged on the console. The connection is fine but when the login appears, I can not type any letter. I would like to find a previous software version but no way to find anything all over the web. Cisco can not provide any support either. So can someone help me in find a previous version for my 3005 VPN ?
