I need to do round robin Loadbalance traffic between two links (Gigabit Ethernet) in port channel

with etherchannel once u created the port channel and applied to both links it will loadbalance
u could make it layer three link or leave it layer two dosent matter

I assume by 'round-robin' you mean the 1st packet from host A to host B goes over physical link 1 and the 2nd packet will go over link 2? If that's the case then you can't achieve this. The Load-balancing is a hashing algorithm and can be based on one of:
Source MAC
Destination MAC
Source/Destination MAC
Source IP
Destination IP
Source/Destination IP
Source Layer-4 (UDP/TCP) Port number
Destination Layer-4 (UDP/TCP) Port number
Source/Destination Layer-4 (UDP/TCP) Port number
Not all platforms support all options - i.e. a 3750 doesn't support the Layer-4 load-balancing algorithm, where as a 6500 Sup720 does.
