Call Manger version 4.1(3)sr6 does not see VIC3-2FXS/DID card in Cisco 2821

When trying to add a gateway under call manager the VIC3-2FXS/DID card in slot 2 does not show in teh list of cards to be added, but when we do a show diag on the 2821 router we can see the card in slot 2.

What this mean is that this 3rd generation voice card is not supported with call manager 4.1.3sr6

But where is this explained so that we can prove to the customer. Accoriding to my search the VIC3-2FXS/DID is supported by this version of Call Manager. Do you have another link that says it doesn't.

Do you have a document that says explicitly that it is supported...Post it here..I am still looking for a doc that says it is not
