MOH or message for reception phone

Hi all,

We have several lines configured at the IP phones at our reception and we are now wondering if there is an easy/ basic solution for this:

When the receptionist is in a call and she/he receives another incoming call which the receptionist is unable to answer straight away, is it possible that the calling party hears a message (like, you are the next one in the queue) or some MOH for example?

There is a solution with IPCC and creating a queue nd there is also the "ARC enterprise" solution, but I was just wondering if there is a more simple solution.
