Resource unavailable in video calls

Hi all!

I have a 7960 IP Phone with CUVA, CCM 5.1.3, 2811 router with VIC2-2BRI-NT/TE and IOS 12.4(11)T IPVoice. I want to make video calls to a Cisco 3527 (1 PRI) through ISDN.

If I use the IP phone without the CUVA, the call is established as audio call. But when I use the phone with CUVA, the call is disconnected. The cause is resource unavailable.

Attached are the configuration of the gateway and the output of the debug isdn q931 in both cases.

remove this command from your pots dial-peer

bandwidth maximum 128

because this bandwidth not enough for voice and video call

I have removed the command and the video call is disconnected with the same cause.

It's necessary to connect two BRI lines for having enough bandwidth? In that case, how can I configure the gateway? Maybe a trunkgroup with the BRIs?
