Extension Mobility: logged out user and external call

Hi all,

I have implemented succesfully extension mobility on a Call Manager cluster 4.1 with over 300 users.

Now my customer ask this: when a user is logged out, if someone call the directory number (7811) or the geographical number that will be translated in the directory number, the caller hear the fast busy tone and the call is dropped.

There is some way to automatically forward the call directed to a directory number of an extension mobility user that is logged out to another number, without using the call forward all under the line of the device profile?


I have this problem too.

if you have 4.2(x) or 6.(x) use the call forward unregistered, if not then you will need to use CFA
