I'm afraid not. You can configure your WAN module for 2Mbps but if the ISP was not contracted for 2Mbps, you won't get that speed.

Best to contact the provider for that information. The router won't display that information via a show command.

You can find out the maximum throughput the WAN interface can provide by sending large amount of packets via that interface and observe when packets start dropping due to congestion. Once that occurs, you've reached the limit.

if you are make sure that really 2 mbit/s or not, you may send a lot of packets to remote site by a third party software or ping command,

so the command based outputs may be indicate incorrect results.

so you can execute in a windows command prompt that ping -t remoteip -l 1500,

and you may start a lot of ping process(min 80-100)

alternativly, you can get that "wan killer" tool from internet

Hello swami,

use sh controller serial x/y and check the received clock settings

this show provides useful L1 information like the type of cable connected and clock that is the L1 speed you want to check

BW in sh int is a configurable parameter that may be different from real link speed
