UC520 moh on autoattend script

Hi to all,

I configured an autoattend on a UC520, I made the script wiht CUEeditor, it works fine, it have multi select ect...

But, when the caller select an option the calls are sent to a DN number (or huntgroup), so the phone ring and caller hear the free tone until somebody or voicemail answer.

Instead my client wants that after the selection the caller hear a MOH o msg prompt until somebody (the phone o huntgroup user) answer.

Is it possible to do, and How?

We cannot do that and there is no option on CallManager express also in CallManager to do that. If you are thinking on it as a logical way it will cause a high system over head. If we want to configure the MOH, just configure it on the prompt, and the hunt group considers it as end user of the prompt.
