Cisco Unity Directory Handler - limitations

Is there a limitation on the number of subscriber that can be searched by the directory handler. When we enter the first letter of the last name, we sometimes get the messsage "enter more letters". We are running UNITY 4.0(4) and Call Manager 3.3.

Hi Vivek,

Each directory handler contains settings that specify how it searches for names, what it does when it finds one or more matches, and what it does when it detects no caller input.

When for example I input just "1" - there are 11 names that match (we have set it to last name, first name search) - it says "enter more names" but when input "2" - there are 5 names that match - the call handler will list all names. I would like it to list all names irrespective of the number of matches found. HELP!

On the Profile page of the directory handler, there is a checkbox that says "Play All Names". If this box is checked, Unity plays all names if there are less than 51 matches. If there are 51 are greater, the caller is required to search.
