Solved: problem with LMS Campus Manager 5.0.2

Hi!

we have installed LMS 3.0.1 for Windows with Campus Manager 5.0.2

when we try to launch topology services from the Campus Manager Home page ( http://srv:1741/campus/topoServices.do) and from the LMS Homepage (http://srv:1741/campus/topoServices.jsp) we only obtain a new browser window that starts refreshing...in the browser (firefox2) status bar i can see these messages looping:

connected to srv

transferring from srv

interrupted

with a browser tool i found this error:

Error: uncaught exception: Permission denied to call method Location.toString

does anyone know how to resolve it?

Uninstall all of these. Download jre-1_5_0_13-windows-i586-p_withvbj.exe from the server from NMSROOT/htdocs/plugin. Install this on your client as a local Administrator. Restart all your browser sessions, then try again.

This may be an issue with your Java Web Start installation. Do you have Java installed on the client yet? If so, what version?

yes i have...

i tried with multiple PC always with the same results.

these are java version:

1.6.0_07

1.6.0_05

1.6.0_01
