A Unity server was subscribers for company A and company B, company A has an operator and company B has its own operator.
How do you configure Unity so that when a caller presses 0 to exit the voicemail of a subscriber from company A, the call get routed to the Operator for Company A and not the Operator of company B?
Unity version 5.0

you would need to create two call handlers, one per company. also two operators and configure the caller input accordingly on each call handler

You'll also need to use Bulk Edit from the Tools Depot to change the caller input field for 0 to use the right call handler for their company.
