Basically completely intermittently we can answer calls successfull and the next fails. We can idivert toa PSTN voicemail system sometimes (out the same PRI's) sometimes we can't. It about 50/50 on everything working / not working. I have never seen anything like this before in my life. anyone any ideas? All primary-ni's...
debug..

h323?? or MGCP??
if h323 do you have configured a voice class codec or codec under the dial-peer you hit??
if so, what codec are you sending? what codec is unity expecting??
this might be a simple codec issue or maybe not enough XCODER resources

The Disc cause code for the callref 0x8 is BF.
This call was disconnected because the network or remote equipment cannot provide
the requested service option for an unspecified reason.
TRY THIS: This can be a subscription problem. Check with the service provider regarding
the services

hmm the issue is definatly back, but not as extreme as it is when I turn on the diplay ie... The voicemail system is not unity its external. The key here is answering having a problem though, what would cause the phone to have a problem answering!?!?

I've same issue, also inserting command no diplay-ie outgoing.
Problem is major on fax calls inbound direction.
