We are planning to change the password of our call manager cluster and the IPCC (HA) cluster.
I know the password change process for CCM. Correct me if I am wrong.
1) Run the adminutility and change the password.
2) Run the CCMPWDChanger and change the DC directory password.
3) Change the window admin password via ctrl+alt+delete option.
Now to change the password for IPCC.
1) Change the Window admin password by ctrl+alt+delete.
2) Run the admin utility as C:\Program
Files\Cisco\Desktop\bin\CRSAdminUtil.exe -u CCMService -p password
Let me know if I am missing anything.

Hi!
Just to comment a little bit on this which is quite good:
Here are the prodecures to change the callmanager's passwords:
** Windows administrator password: **
Start > Program Files > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Users
> Select - Administrator Account -RIght Click > Set Password
** CCM Administrator password: **
From the Cisco CallManager, go to Start > Run; type CCMPWDChanger and press enter.
-Enter DC Manager Password - Select CCMAdministrator for Userid and password.
** CCM Services Password: **
C:\Program Files\Cisco\Bin\Adminutility.exe <-- Change Service Passwords
Running this file you will be able to change the passwords in the CM and synchronize them
between the other CM servers in the cluster (if you have them). Please run this tool after
hours as it causes the CCM services to stop.
**How to Change the DC Directory Password:**
**Administrative Accounts and Passwords for CCM: **
** For IPCC: **
1. Press ALT + CTRL + DEL - click change password and change the password.
2. Go to "Services" and select "Cisco CRA Engine" service.
3. Right click on the selected service and -> click Properties.
4. Go to - "Log on" tab.
5. In the password field give the new password.
6. Press Ok button and come back to Services screen.
Follow step 2 to step 6 for the following services.
Cisco Desktop Rascal Server
Cisco Desktop Sync Server
Cisco Desktop TAI Server
CiscoCRAServletEngine
After changing the password reboot the server. Check the status of the above
services after the logon.

Thanks it's quite nice info.
DC directory password can be changed by using CCMPWDChanger , how to change the DC directory password on IPCC side (LDAP portion) ?

If it's LDAP integrated then you will not be using DC Directory.

In IPCC LDAP I am using DC directory.
So my question is that if I change the DC directory first in CCM then how I will change the DC directory password specified in the IPCC LDAP page. The page where you specify the profile.
