MULTIPLE SSID'S ONLY ON CAN PING WITH NATIVE VLAN

I have installed and configured 1310 with Sector Antenna of POint to Multipoint scenario with 2 different VLANs and assigned 2 different SSID, it shows the DOT11 Associations with both of the Multipoint Bridges but can't Ping one of the Access Point which is not in Native VLAN , Please help me out in this regard.
