Attendant Console behaviour

Hello,

my AC applications show a strange behaviour. Our system is based on CCM 4.1 cluster. On AC "Directory" window we have the phone's list with state. The issue is on forwarded phones.

Some phones, actually forwarded, are not marked in the correct way (handset on side).

We have checked on this phones about server registration, configuration or user configuration but there are'nt difference with other phones.

Any hint?

i would try restating the RIS service

I have restarted the Ris Service but the issue is not resoved.

I'm in despair...
