I have a connectivity issue with the devices shown in the diagram. There is a primary link between Multi-layer Switch and Factory Router on the left and a back-up link between factory Router and KHI HO Router. The problem is when i check for the connectivity between the bridges of the primary link, there is no break up, but as soon as i put in the Multi-layer switch in to play it starts creating problem and ping starts to break a lot. could anyone tell me whether this is the problem of the configuration or the hardware?
