Just wondering if there is any work around available that would allow a 2 person queue setup in UCCX to forward or mobile connect over to a users cell phone.
For example, call comes into the queue and both agents are out in the field or have walked away. Calls will hold with music in the queue and ring the cell phone once to try to reach the agent. If after X number of minutes there is no answer (agent does not answer cell or is not back at their desk), the call will roll into a general voicemail box.
Is this only possible with mobile agent and IPCC?
