Does any use 3845 with the following module NME-AIR-WLC12-K9


my customer has misconfigured by issuing clear config and now the wireless lan controller does not work .


Is there a way to factory default.


I cannot able to see the version of the WLC.


Below is the show version

Cisco 3845 (revision 1.0) with 462848K/61440K bytes of memory.

Processor board ID FHK1210F3NZ

3 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces

4 terminal lines

1 Channelized (E1 or T1)/PRI port

2 Virtual Private Network (VPN) Modules

1 cisco ips sensor(s), ips monitoring on slot 1

1 cisco Integrated Service Engine(s)

1 cisco Integrated Service Engine-2(s)

Cisco Wide Area Application Services Software 4.0.17 (b14 Feb 27 2008 21:55:04) in slot 2

DRAM configuration is 64 bits wide with parity enabled

For factory default setting follow the steps:

1. clear configuration

2. reset system


Step 1 clear configuration

Example: WLCM> clear configuration

(Which will do Resets the configuration data to the factory defaults.)

Step 2 reset system

Example: WLCM> reset system

(Prompts you to confirm that you want to save the configuration changes before the controller reboots. For resetting the configuration data to the factory defaults, do not save the configuration when prompted. )
