User Options Call Forwarding Options

Hi everyone,


We are running CallManager 5.1.3.2000-3. When my users login to their User Options page (ccmuser), they do not have access to the Call Forwarding options under Line Settings. The options are not even displayed on the page. I have gone into Enterprise Parameters, and set the option of Show Call Forward options to True, but still they are not displayed. When I turn on Show Ring Settings to true and log out of ccmuser and back in, these options show up. For some reason however, Call Forwarding will not show up. Is there any other setting that could be hiding these from my users? Thank you in advance.

Sounds like you've checked everything pretty thoroughly.


Unfortunately this is a bug in CUCM 5.1, details below:

ForwardAll CFA removed from CCMUser page


Symptom:

Call Forward All / Forward All / FwdAll / CFA not available in CCMUser page.


Conditions:


CM 5.1(3) with Enterprise parameter 'Show Call Forwarding' Enterprise Parameter set True.


Further Problem Description:


There were supposed to be 3 options for Enterprise Parameter 'Show Call Forwarding' Enterprise:

True, False, Show Only Forward All.

Line setting on CCMUser page does not display Call Forward options


Symptom: Unable to select/set Callforward setting for a line using the CCMuser page.


Conditions: Seen in version 5.1.3.4000-4.


Workaround: Admin has to set CF settings from Admin page. User can set CFA settings from phone.
