We are running CallManager 22.214.171.1240-3. When my users login to their User Options page (ccmuser), they do not have access to the Call Forwarding options under Line Settings. The options are not even displayed on the page. I have gone into Enterprise Parameters, and set the option of Show Call Forward options to True, but still they are not displayed. When I turn on Show Ring Settings to true and log out of ccmuser and back in, these options show up. For some reason however, Call Forwarding will not show up. Is there any other setting that could be hiding these from my users? Thank you in advance.
