create Language prompt

Hi

I am having trouble using Create Language prompt in CRS editor.

I have two concatenated prompts in 2 different languages.

Now depending on language either prompt should be played.

But in my case only EN prompt is played even if JP language is selected

Can anyone help?

The prompts you would record in Japanese and play Japanese but if your system is only licensed for 1 language it would default to US English. The multi-language issue may be null if you are not using ASR/TTS. If you are using ASR/TTS then you will need the multi-language licenses.

Hi

Thanks for the reply.. but my system is licensed for multilanguage.

I can give choice to the caller for ENG or JP and depending on their selection the other prompts are correctly played.

but only this particular is not getting played correctly when used with create language prompt. If the the same is used with IF statement, works fine

Can you help please?
