acs bulk user import

hi,

can i import bulk user import to acs appliance version 4.2. how to import?

i used CSV file and use database synchronization feature on acs appliance. this feature will download file from ftp server. i copy the format of the CSV file from manual, but it keeps saying that no transaction can be made.

any help? thanks in advance.

Hi,

Verify whether you have the .csv file in the correct directory on your FTP server.
