How Can I use AA in the CCM? Can anybody give me the example?

From CCM Browser go to
Service>Cisco Unified Attendant Console>Pilot point
Configure a pilot point. Then go to hunt group and give the partion and DN of the receptionist who receives the call. Then create an attendant console user. And activate the attendant console Server.
Now form install plugin download the attendant console and install it to the receptionist's PC. Through Attendant Console user he/she will able to login and perform all the AA activity.

It's just Attendant Console feature. I think he want to use Auto Attendant to play a greating such as "welcome to ABC company, please ...." or somethings more advance.
Any suggestion?

Yes, I want to play greating and the user can dial additional internal number to call somebody in the company?
Can I realize this feature only with UCCM?
