We are facing a problem with the interconnection between GSM voice gateway and a CUCM 6.1 server. One of our call center number is a GSM number; so we put a GSM sim card in a GSM voice gateway; but when you dial that number you have the welcome prompt and when you dial 1 for French or 2 for English and the CUCM does not interpret this digit. We created a SIP trunk between the GSM voice gateway and the call manager. Is that the correct procedure or do we need to go through a Cisco Voice gateway? Can someone send the procedure of how do this configuration?
